1997 → 2026. 29 years of service. 🫡

Top-floor apartment, stair access only — but that wasn’t stopping us.

The original 1997 split system has finally been retired and replaced with a brand-new Daikin Quara.

29 years later, it was time for an upgrade. ❄️

Another clean install completed with a new Mitsubishi Electric inverter system ⚙️❄️

Due to limited drainage options on the balcony, a heated drain tray system was installed to manage both the outdoor unit condensate in heating mode and the indoor unit drain line, preventing overflow and keeping the area clean and controlled during operation.

Clean piping run, professionally mounted, tested, commissioned, and completed to a high standard from start to finish.

Installed a Fujitsu multi-split system in Rockdale — one outdoor unit running multiple indoor units, giving the client full control across every room without cluttering the exterior.

Clean pipe runs, balanced airflow, and a neat finish as always. Built for performance, installed to last.
