Being prepared.
A great driller thinks ahead, understands the risks, and knows what could happen before it happens. Every decision comes with consequences, and the best drillers are already thinking about the next move.
What's an average driller? Someone who's not prepared.

We’re on site completing sonic drilling, the only method capable of cutting through this material while protecting the liner beneath us. Working closely with our client, we carried out a full site assessment and developed a detailed risk plan to ensure we collect the samples needed without compromising the liner’s integrity.

Using a boart longyear barrel, we’re drilling in 3‑metre runs and retrieving clean 1‑metre samples, casing as we advance to keep everything controlled and dry-delivering the material required for accurate characterisation and reprocessing.
