A small renovation and spruce-up before this home went on the market.

Pre-sale work is about choosing the right jobs. The aim isn’t to spend big. It’s to fix what buyers notice, finish it properly, and present the home at its best on inspection day.

Turning an unused poolside wall into something worth using.

Custom built-in bench seating finished in Millboard, wrapping the existing space to create extra seating without taking anything away from the pool area.

The timber-look finish ties in naturally with the landscaping, with the durability and low maintenance that makes Millboard such a good fit around pools.

A simple addition that completely changes how the space can be used.

Hardwood gives you something composite can’t copy: real timber grain, with every board a little different. It needs regular oiling, but a sand and re-oil brings it back to looking like a fresh deck.

Whichever you choose, what’s underneath decides how long it lasts. We build on H4 treated or aluminium subframes with joist protection tape, and install every board to the manufacturer’s specifications.
