Approved! 🎉 We are absolutely thrilled that our Alexandria project has officially received Council DA Approval through City of Sydney Council within such a short amount of time. Submitted in July and approved in August, completely cleared by the local heritage conservation guidelines. Balancing modern lifestyle requirements with strict Heritage Conservation Area (HCA) controls can be a notoriously difficult puzzle to solve. However, through thoughtful architecture, we achieved a brilliant outcome that respects the historic streetscape while improving living functionality. Can not wait to see the finish product.
