Handover Day in North Manly 🖤

This one was particularly special.

Laura's home was handed over recently, and we were so touched when she took the time to share her experience of building with us. From the very first conversation, Laura felt the professionalism of the team - and looking back, it's the design details she loves most.

The high ceilings are a perfect example. A suggestion from our team early in the process, they're now a feature her family lives with and loves every single day. That's exactly what we aim for - not just a home that looks beautiful at handover, but one that has been genuinely thought through for the people who will live in it for years to come.

New Duplex build in Balgowlah.

It's the earliest stage of the journey, but it's often where the smartest decisions get made, and right now, more Northern Beaches families are asking the same question: why choose a duplex?

We swapped hard hats for bows and arrows 🏹

The Wattle Court Sydney North team packed up and headed south for some solid staff time - and it was exactly what we all needed.

Berry was the destination. Archery was on the agenda. A little friendly competition and a lot of laughs were had by all.

We talk a lot about being a family business, and days like this are exactly what that means in practice. The team that play together, stay together. Even if some of us need a little more practice before we’d back ourselves with a bow and arrow IRL.

These are the people you deal with when you build with Wattle Court Sydney North. A tight-knit, genuinely good bunch who care about their work - and apparently, also about their archery scores.
