Knockdown re-build with many features:

Custom steelwork, Arch details with timber molding profiles, hand crafted curved plaster kitchen rangehood, Custom Veneer joinery throughout the house with matching wall paneling, Georgian inspired entry staircase with custom handrail and atrium, Chevron flooring and feature microcement specialty finish in bathrooms.

Stepping back into 1882. 🏛️✨

​Restoring the historic stables at the iconic "Abbey" in Annandale was a true labor of love and a proud moment for our team as a winner at the 2015 MBA Excellence in Housing Awards.

​Working alongside , we undertook significant structural changes and a comprehensive rebuild of complex elements across the property.
From custom-crafted timber windows and turned posts matching the 19th-century originals, to part-removing an upper floor level and installing a curved corrugated iron roof to link the stable walkway to the main home — every detail was honored.

​Built by John Young, this heritage gem featuring its main house, tower, chapel, and coach house remains one of Sydney's most extraordinary properties.

Every square inch of this custom kitchen, scullery, and walk-in pantry was designed to make a statement. We brought together rich textures, classic profiles, and incredible natural stones from across the globe to create a culinary masterpiece.

The Stone: A breathtaking Qariza Quartzite directly from Brazil takes center stage on the island, perfectly complemented by the timeless elegance of Italian Sareva Stone.
The Profile: Classic Shaker poly doors paired beautifully with the deep, moody texture of smoked oak stained timber.
The Craftsmanship: Look closely at those intricate ogee stone benchtop edges and the bespoke turned timber island legs.
The Showstopper: A custom 2200mm long rangehood featuring an integrated motor, handcrafted curved plaster end panels, and an internal stone niche inlay.

When you combine world-class materials with uncompromising craftsmanship, this is the result.
