Turrell Building

Introducing COLAUS. ✨☺️

A modern country residence taking shape in Lower Portland, with generous outdoor living, natural finishes and the Hawkesbury River forming part of the backdrop.

We’re looking forward to getting started on this one. It’s a great site, a beautiful home and a project we’re excited to see take shape over the months ahead.

We’ll be sharing plenty along the way. Stay tuned. 🙌🏻

Some projects are always worth looking back on. Vita Estate is one of them. 🤍

Completed a few years ago, this renovation and extension was a special project for our team, and one we’re still proud to share today.

A huge thank you again to Viv for trusting Turrell Building with her home.

A great project, an incredible client, and plenty of good memories from this one. ☺️✨

Project Alba | Renovation + Extension

Same home. A completely different outlook.

By extending and reimagining the rear of Alba, we created a lighter, more connected home where the living spaces, pool and garden flow seamlessly together. ☺️

A little trip back into the archives. 🏡🍝

Years ago, we had the privilege of being a part of Guestlands, a truly unique Tuscan-inspired home tucked away in the Hills District.

Cobblestone pathways, recycled oak, stone, exposed timbers and even its own little bar and shopfront. Every corner feels like it has a story to tell.

Still one of the most memorable projects we’ve had the pleasure of being a part of.

Some homes just get better with age. 🙌

Project: Rye-Villa | Renovation + First-Floor Addition

Kind words from Jae ☺️

It’s been incredibly rewarding to bring Rye-Villa to life and see it all come together.

A big thank you to Jae and Marina for trusting us with their home, and to our incredible team for the care and effort that went into every detail.

We’re very proud of this one. 🙌

Project North View | First Floor Addition ☺️

Some homes don’t need replacing. They just need room to grow.

North View began as a modest 1970s single-level, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brick home in Beecroft. As our clients’ young family grew into their teenage years, it became clear they needed more space without leaving the neighbourhood they loved.

Working closely with the family, we transformed the home with a thoughtfully designed first-floor addition and a complete ground-floor renovation.

The result includes:

• A private master wing with ensuite and generous walk-in wardrobe
• Two spacious children’s bedrooms
• A family bathroom with an oversized shower, freestanding bath and double vanity
• A light-filled open plan kitchen, living and dining area with views to both the front and rear gardens
• A dedicated home office for mum and dad
• A separate rumpus room for the kids
• A guest bedroom and adjoining bathroom for visiting grandparents
• A custom American Oak staircase connecting the old and new
• An extended alfresco designed for year-round entertaining
The transformation turned a 3-bedroom home into a spacious
6-bedroom, 4-bathroom family residence, perfectly tailored for the next chapter of our clients’ lives.

Build Time: 9 months

Every project is more than an extension. It’s about creating a home that evolves with the people who live in it.
