Materiality and craftsmanship define the interiors. Herringbone tiled bathrooms, European oak flooring throughout, including the stairwell and handrail, custom timber walk-in robes, and New Zealand wool carpet in all bedrooms.
The streetscape façade has been carefully restored in line with conservation requirements, with repointed brickwork, timber trims, and tessellated tiling, ensuring the original character and craftsmanship of the home is retained and respected.
