Archi-QS recently prepared a 10-year capital works fund plan for a newly completed mixed-use development at 2A Bellevue Avenue, Greenwich NSW 2065.
The development comprises 35 residential units and 2 retail lots across 8 levels, with 1 basement level servicing the building.
By undertaking a comprehensive review of the development documentation and building assets, our team delivered a practical long-term funding strategy to assist the Owners Corporation in planning for future maintenance and capital expenditure requirements.
The NSW strata reforms introduced on 1 April 2026 have raised the standard for capital works planning, requiring plans to be prepared in a prescribed format.
