Warrego: Coastal Living, Open View

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 $𝟴𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 - 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗔𝗚𝗪𝗔 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥, 𝗤𝗟𝗗

Set on the waterfront in Pelican Waters, Warrego uses expansive glazing and generous openings to strengthen the connection between architecture and its coastal setting. Large-format sliding doors maximise views and create seamless transitions to outdoor spaces, while louvre windows introduce natural light and ventilation.

The AWS team had a fantastic evening at the 2026 Houses Awards by Houses Australia, held at the Sofitel last earlier this month 🥂

Our very own Tanya and Arnal were joined by the team , Will Allen, Rod Allen and Craig Pearson, to celebrate another outstanding year of Australian architecture and design!

Tanya also had the honour of presenting the 2026 Sustainability Award to this year’s winner, Scale Architecture, for Gerroa House. Congratulations to the team on a well-deserved win! 👏

The winners of the 2026 Houses Awards have been revealed! AWS was proud to sponsor its Sustainability Award this year, presented by our own wonderful Tanya Kibblewhite!

This year’s winner for of the 2026 Houses Sustainability Award is Scale Architecture’s Gerroa House!

Accepting the award is Scale Architecture’s Founding Principal, Matt Chan, and Associate Director, Georgia Forbes-Smith.

Park House: Designed Without Boundaries

Set within the established greenery of Bellevue Hill, Park House combines a contemporary material palette of timber, stone and concrete with expansive glazing to create strong connections between the architecture and its landscape. Century House – Rustic Reimagined
