Where Are We Wednesday | Melbourne Tower

When water starts finding its way in, the facade needs attention.

Our Melbourne team is working at Melbourne Tower carrying out facade restoration works via Rope Access. The scope includes:
• Window seal replacement
• Water ingress rectification
• Facade restoration

With access required across the building’s facade, Rope Access allows our technicians to reach difficult areas efficiently, without the need for extensive scaffolding.

It’s another great example of our Melbourne team putting Rope Access to work in a busy city environment. Stay tuned as this project progresses!

Meet the Team Monday | Santiago Diaz

There’s a lot more to being a good supervisor than knowing your way around the ropes. Meet Santiago, one of our Rope Access Supervisors. 👋

Santiago is an IRATA Level 2 technician with experience across caulking, painting and rendering, along with qualifications in EWP and painting. He also brings a background in international trades and finance.

He enjoys leading the team, planning jobs and sharing knowledge with his workmates, make sure everyone knows what needs to happen before the ropes go up. A practical leader, a team player and always keen to share what he knows.

Where Are We Wednesday | Clifton Hill

A facade that’s seen better days? Our Melbourne team is on it!

We’re on-site in Clifton Hill carrying out facade remedial works and external repainting using Rope Access, allowing our team to access the building efficiently while keeping disruption to the surrounding area to a minimum.

From repairs through to a fresh new finish, this project is giving the facade a much-needed refresh.

Say hi to Julian, one of our Rope Access Technicians at Anchor Safe Rope Access. 👋

Julian brings four years of rope access experience across Sydney. An IRATA Level 2 technician with First Aid and CPR qualifications, he has experience across rope access, maintenance and building works, including caulking, rendering and painting.

He enjoys working as part of a team, taking on responsibility and continuing to build his skills within the rope access industry.

As a Project Manager at Anchor Safe Rope Access, Peter brings a meticulous eye for detail and a rigorous approach to project estimation, helping ensure complex commercial installations are delivered to a high standard.
