Where Are We Wednesday | Kurraba Point

Our team is on-site in Kurraba Point delivering facade restoration works. Using industrial rope access, we’re able to execute complex structural repairs safely and efficiently, without the disturbance of heavy scaffolding for residential tenants.

Scope of Work Includes:

👉 Building Envelope Protection: Inspecting flashing and identifying potential water ingress pathways during window removals to prevent future leaks.

👉 Concrete Spalling Remediation: Executing specialist concrete repairs above window openings to restore structural integrity and long-term durability.

On-site with our National Operations Manager, Colin McNaught, breaking down the mechanics of concrete spalling and the steps needed for a permanent structural repair.
