Forgotten Architecture

the act of forgetting in design is a series of many zen moments: of being in the 'now' the ordinary. the everyday.

Forgotten Architecture celebrates the results and consequences of the (un)self-conscious act inherent to the designing and making of architecture without pretension/s. celebrating the architecture in our midst that gets taken for granted: often the mundane. for everything and anything forgotten about architecture.......ideas concepts strategies realisations theories people projects practice....
not the here and now but rather the there and then (upto and including yesterday)

remembering built unbuilt and/or imagined past projects; sharing yesterday's attractions; (re)present expired/old competition submissions; exhibit lost architectural manifestations; build a research resource;

celebration of architecture sans pretentious and self-conscious design
