Modern homes might look simple, but building them is a different story. 🏡🔨
Sometimes trying to achieve that clean, minimalist look can actually make construction more complex.
Large window openings, expansive open-plan spaces and seamless finishes all require careful planning, precision and attention to detail.
The simpler the finished product looks, the more work often goes into getting it right behind the scenes. 🏗️

Building homes is about more than just the finished product. 🏡🔨
The importance of strong client relationships, clear communication and trust goes into every successful build.
For Dane, one of the most rewarding parts of running a construction business is helping clients bring their vision to life and seeing the satisfaction that comes with creating a home they'll enjoy for years to come.
It's that personal connection and passion for the process that makes it all worthwhile. 👏

A big milestone reached at our Church Point project! 🏗️🏠
The roof structure now spans the entire build, with insulation and waterproofing layers in place as the home continues to take shape.
While there's still plenty of work ahead, getting the full roof coverage in place is a major step forward for this impressive waterfront project.
Great to see the progress coming together! 🔨

Taking shape in Castlecrag, Second Floor Edition! 🏗️
The second floor is coming together, with the structural framing now well underway. It’s a great stage of the build to see the layout, scale and form of the home really start to emerge.
Plenty more progress to come as we keep pushing this one forward. 🔨🏠

Things are moving quickly on site as the build continues to take shape. 🏗️

The roof is now around 90% installed and nearing completion, while the subfloor ventilation system is in the early stages of installation alongside additional insulation.
Next up, tiling is set to begin throughout the first floor, with windows due to arrive in approximately three weeks. Downstairs, the electrical rough-in is largely complete, with plenty more progress to come as we move into the next stages of the build.
