Meet Joe Z — Carpenter
With 36 years of industry experience, Joe has built a long career in the building industry. He officially joined the Casaview team in 2018 after first working with us from 2015 as a subcontractor alongside his business partner, Peter. Today, he continues to bring his experience, craftsmanship, and eye for detail to every home he works on.
Around site, Joe has earned the nickname "The Pointer" — not because he points at problems, but because he's the first to spot the little things others might miss and make sure they're put right. One of his key responsibilities is frame straightening, carefully checking and adjusting the framing before construction continues. It's an important quality-control step that helps ensure every home is ready for the next stage of the build.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, and spends plenty of time playing taxi driver for his twins as they head to soccer training and weekend games.
