Exciting progress at our house + granny flat combined build in the heart of Wilton! Site establishment, benching, and excavation are now complete — the groundwork is officially laid for what's shaping up to be a fantastic dual-living build.

This one came with a challenge we love taking on: a trapezoid-shaped 451m² lot. Our team designed a unique layout to make the most of every angle, maximising space and flow for both the main home and granny flat.
At Dream Built PM, every project starts with getting the fundamentals right, and this site is a great example of that care and precision in action.

Progress Update – Witlon Project 🏗️

Another important construction milestone has been completed at our Witlon project.

The Kordon termite barrier system has now been installed around the entire perimeter boundary of the concrete slab. This is a critical stage in the construction process, providing a long-term physical and chemical barrier designed to protect the home against concealed termite entry. Installing the barrier at this stage ensures the structure is protected from the ground up while meeting the required building and Australian Standard requirements.

With the termite protection now in place, the slab is fully prepared for the next exciting phase—framing. Our team has carefully coordinated each step to ensure the project continues to progress efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and quality control.

At Dream Built PM, we believe that quality construction starts long before the walls go up. Every stage, from site preparation and slab works through to termite management, framing, and final handover, is completed with precision and attention to detail to deliver a durable, high-quality home for our clients.

Big milestone reached at our Campbelltown site! 🔨✨
We’re excited to share that kitchen installation is now underway for both the main house and the granny flat. This stage marks a major step forward, as these spaces start to take real shape and functionality.
Our team is currently installing high-quality cabinetry, carefully aligning each component to ensure a seamless finish. Benchtop installation is also in progress, bringing durability and style together to create kitchens that are both practical and visually striking.
These kitchens have been thoughtfully designed to maximise space, flow, and everyday usability—whether it’s for family living in the main house or comfortable, independent living in the granny flat.
With every detail coming together, you can really start to see the vision come to life. We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as we move closer to completion! 🏡🍽️✨
