It started with a simple game.

Then somehow we ended up discussing midnight electrical faults, bathroom lighting, EV chargers, and the questionable choice of footwear that showed up on site that morning.

A few things became very clear:

Today David agreed to get a bit demoted… and Seb officially became the boss for the day. 😄

A full day of real estate jobs, maintenance calls, fan replacements, downlights, exhaust fans, and somehow Seb was running the show while David followed instructions for once.

Confidence levels? Extremely high.
Productivity? Surprisingly solid.
Early finish? Immediately jinxed the second it was mentioned. 💀

A lot of laughs, plenty of running around, and honestly… not a bad effort from the apprentice boss.

Safe to say everyone survived the experience.

What looks simple on the surface usually has a lot going on underneath.

To get power points exactly where the homeowner needed them, all the cabling had to be run carefully beneath the floor and brought back through the switchboard properly. Clean planning, organised circuits, and everything connected the way it should be.
