" Tadelakt Sydney " lime plaster from the Marrakesh plateau, hand crafted into seamless bathrooms an "Hard as Marble - Soft as Silk" ....TADELAKT "

Tadelakt Sydney are artisan applicators of Maroccan Tadelakt -
Tadelakt lime-based plaster is the oldest and most prized Moroccan mortar in the world.Tadelakt is absolutely unique. It is the coating of the old Turkish hammams (steam houses) Riads and palaces of Morocco. The Tadelakt is worked and polished with pure olive soap to add to the shine, but perhaps even more important, it makes sure the surface is left waterproof. Today in the world of quick, synthetic and cheap there are few plasterers who still practice the tradition of Tadelakt and few people who have the opportunity to touch , feel and appreciate this ancient Moroccan legend in their own homes.
