Established in 2015, Helitec Structural Services is headed by Managing Director Jerry Lahra who previously established and operated Helifix (Australia) Pty Ltd and Helifix (New Zealand) Limited for over 20 years until selling both businesses to international conglomerate CR

H Group subsidiary Ancon Building Products. Today, Helitec Structural Services are a proud Helifix® “Approved Installer” and licensed building contractor specialising in the construction, restoration and repair of masonry buildings and structures. Predominantly servicing Sydney and regional NSW we service three key markets:
1/ Strata plan buildings - We have extensive experience working on multi-unit strata buildings. Our engagement may come via a body corporate or landlord relationship.
2/ Residential homes - Predominantly in coastal areas and more older established areas on properties which are over 50 years old. We have particular experience and passion for restoring homes which are over 100+ years to their former glory.
3/ Project work via builders/engineering consultants/project architects - We have excellent relationships with a number of industry professionals and are often called upon to assess issues, make recommendations on solutions and to complete projects to satisfaction. All of this work requires us to call on a wide range of traditional & modern techniques for construction, restoration and repair of masonry buildings and structures. Our experienced craftsmen will ensure every facet of your project is completed to the highest standards and are highly trained in heritage restoration for both internal and external spaces which keeps the buildings aesthetic integrity.
