There comes a point in every business where your name no longer reflects who you’ve become.

When we started, we proudly built carports and outdoor structures across Sydney.

Those projects gave us our foundation, introduced us to incredible clients, and helped build the reputation we have today.

We’ll always be grateful to everyone who trusted us in those early years.

As time went on, our business evolved naturally.

More clients asked us to build granny flats, then duplexes, renovations, and larger residential and commercial projects.

Before we knew it, our schedule was filled months in advance, and 90% of our work had become complete building projects rather than just carports.

The growth has been incredible, and at times, the workload has been overwhelming—in the best possible way.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new identity: Sydney Granny Flat Builders.

This isn’t a new company. It’s the same team, the same commitment to quality, and the same values that have guided us from day one.

Our new name simply reflects the work we do every day and the direction we’ve grown into.

While we’ll still be taking on selected commercial projects and outdoor structures, our focus is now firmly on premium granny flats, duplexes, high-end renovations, and custom residential builds.

To every client, supplier, subcontractor, architect, and supporter who’s been part of this journey—thank you.

Your trust has allowed us to grow beyond what we ever imagined, and we’re genuinely excited for what’s ahead.

Here’s to the next chapter of building better homes, creating more value for families, and continuing to deliver projects we’re proud to put our name on.

Same people. Bigger vision. New name.
Welcome to Sydney Granny Flat Builders.
