Gymea Bay has taken out the 2026 MBA Award for House Alterations & Additions, been named a finalist for HIA NSW Kitchen of the Year and HIA NSW Bathroom of the Year, and featured in both The Local Project and Habitus Living.

A Mediterranean-inspired coastal home in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, designed and built entirely by our team from concept to completion. Warm materiality, organic forms, and spaces that feel as good to move through as they do to live in.

A huge night for TASS at the 2026 NSW Master Builders Excellence Awards.

Two projects. Two category wins.

Our Gymea Bay major renovation, with architecture, interior design and construction entirely by TASS and our Balmain custom home were both named winners in their respective categories.

We were also incredibly proud to be recognised as a Top 4 finalist for Young Builder of the Year.

A big moment for our team, and a reflection of the standard we continue to set across every project.

Next up, the HIA Awards, where we're in the running for five more awards.

An exciting time for TASS, and above all, incredibly proud of the people behind it all.

We’re proud to share that our Balmain project has been named a 2026 MBA Contract Houses Finalist.

Set in one of Sydney’s most tightly held inner-city locations, this home was approached with ambition at every level. From the broader architectural expression through to every junction, finish and material, each element was carefully resolved and precisely built.

A home with presence, shaped by thoughtful decisions and attention to detail throughout.

At Crows Nest, we transformed a single-storey brick home on a tightly constrained inner-Sydney site into a generous, light-filled family residence. A new rear extension, a concealed first-floor addition tucked within the roofline, and multiple skylights drawing daylight deep into every corner of the home.

We are proud to share that this project has been named a 2026 Finalist for HIA NSW Renovation / Addition Project.

A considered interior doesn’t mean every choice has to play it safe.

Sometimes it’s the bolder moments that give a space its identity. An unexpected material, a stronger colour, a sculptural form or a contrasting finish.

The key is balance. Allowing distinctive details to bring character without competing for attention, while quieter elements create a sense of cohesion.
