A new site is officially underway in Fairlight.

Pete’s on site getting everything set up and, like many Northern Beaches builds, this one comes with a few challenges to work through.

A narrow block, a site that slopes away from the street, traffic management to coordinate and stormwater to carefully consider — not exactly a straightforward start, but nothing our experienced team can’t manage.

Good planning at this stage sets the tone for the entire build, and we’re looking forward to getting the slab down and seeing this home start to take shape.

This bathroom is about to really come to life!!!

Sure, it doesn’t look like much yet but getting all of this preparation perfect will make all the difference. Soon the tiles will be in; that floating shelf up. Stay tuned for more updates of this one.
