Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our brand and services in the construction industry.
• Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to align marketing initiatives with the company's overall vision and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in marketing, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
