You also wouldn’t knock the walls down and rebuild them. You’d repaint and be done with it!

The owners could hardly believe the difference resurfacing made to their Sydney bathroom.

Someone commented that “It still looks like an old kitchen” and they’re not wrong.

The home was built in the 90s. Its charm is wrapped up in its angular facade, stained glass windows and character details you won’t find in a brand new rectangle.

Sure, you could reshape the exterior of the property with major construction work, to create a more ‘modern’ kitchen shape. But then other parts of the house will feel out of place.

You could easily drop $50K replacing parts of this kitchen for more ‘modern’ versions. And the end result? It’ll look nearly the same.

We can think of a dozen things we’d do with the change, starting with an international holiday!

Orange. Black. Then orange again.

By the time we got our hands on it, it was time to strip it back and let's just say, the kitchen wasn't exactly hiding its past.

Rather than getting quotes from multiple trades, coordinating timelines and managing delays when something inevitably doesn’t happen on time, resurfacing makes it easy.

Start with an estimate – it’s online, free, and gets you an idea of costs. We just need a few photos and do our best to get back to you within a business day.

If you like what you see at the estimate, book us for a free site visit. We’ll come over to make sure your surfaces are suitable, chat about your colour options and answer any questions you have. We colour match the Dulux range and we have stone-look options for your benchtop and vanity.

We’ll give you a final quote and if you’re happy to move ahead, we’ll book you in our calendar. You pay once the job is done.

If we’re being honest, this kitchen was great before we walked in.

The layout, the size, the overall condition - nothing here ‘needed’ replacing. But the cabinets were an off-white that over time, had become unevenly faded and discoloured.

The owners looked at new kitchens, but everything felt a bit over the top for the house.

Instead of replacing everything (when it was structurally fine) we simply resurfaced every cabinet and drawer to bring a crisp, even white finish.

Why renovate or replace it, when you can resurface it?

Same kitchen, but better.
