Sheraton Hotel Sydney | High-Performance Delivery Under Live Conditions 🏨

Sohoprojects delivered a carefully staged upgrade of the Sheraton Hotel Sydney’s main Porte-Cochère and Level 2 Grand Ballroom, enhancing key guest-facing spaces within one of Sydney’s leading hospitality environments.

Working within a fully operational five-star hotel, the project required precise planning, sequencing, and coordination to maintain uninterrupted hotel operations and minimise impact on guests, staff, and scheduled events.

The Porte-Cochère upgrade transformed the hotel arrival experience through architectural improvements and integrated lighting upgrades, while the Grand Ballroom lighting refurbishment was delivered within a strict operational window to maintain event continuity.

Through disciplined staging, close stakeholder coordination, and a tailored delivery approach, Sohoprojects successfully completed both upgrades seamlessly, delivering a refined result while operating within the demands of a live hospitality environment.
