Belmadar is pleased to announce the award of the F07 Carslaw Retail Precinct project for The University of Sydney.

The project will see the renovation and redevelopment of the Carslaw Building retail precinct, delivering new and upgraded retail spaces, courtyard and undercroft areas, along with extensive services upgrades.

This win builds on our ongoing relationship with The University of Sydney.
We look forward to commencing works in November and delivering another great project on campus.

Willoughby Leisure Centre | Project Visit

This week, our Managing Director, Alfredo Marrocco, joined Federal Member Nicolette Boele and Willoughby City Council CEO Hugh Phemister at the Willoughby Leisure Centre as the project nears completion.

It was a great opportunity to walk through the facility and see the transformation firsthand.

As we approach the final stages, we’re proud to be delivering on our mission of Building a legacy for future generations, creating a facility that will serve the Willoughby community for many years to come.

Making a Splash at Willoughby!

A couple of weeks ago, the Belmadar team swapped the site boots for swimmers and made the most of the newly completed pools at Willoughby Leisure Centre.

After all the hard work that has gone into delivering this project, it was great to bring the team together and experience the finished facility from a completely different perspective.

A well-earned afternoon for the team and a great way to celebrate another milestone at Willoughby.

Community Impact | Building a legacy for future generations

Belmadar’s commitment to our community extends beyond the sites we build.

Since 2015, we have proudly raised funds for the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, and as Belmadar has grown, so too has our capacity to give back.

From just over $5,000 raised in 2015 to an incredible $87,046 in 2026, together we have now raised more than $291,000 in support of Garvan and its life-changing medical research.

We’re incredibly proud of what our team, families, subcontractors, partners and wider community have achieved together, and even more excited about the impact we can continue to make.

Bronte Surf Life Saving Club | Project Update

It was great to welcome representatives from Waverley Council to our Bronte Surf Life Saving Club project for a recent site visit.

The team had the opportunity to see firsthand the progress being made as this important community facility continues to take shape.
