We are thrilled to announce that Dylan Bryon, known to us as "Guppy," from our Wagga Wagga Branch, has been named a finalist in the ARBS Future Leaders Awards in the HVAC&R Tradesperson Category!

This incredible achievement places him among the top emerging leaders in our industry, and it is a testament to his hard work and dedication, especially considering nearly 100 submissions from across Australia. Guppy has been with the TVH family for over five years, starting as a Technician and now excelling as our Service Supervisor. His unwavering work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence make this recognition truly well-deserved.

Leadership at scale requires both operational depth and a clear vision for growth.

Morris Guest joined TVH as Chief Executive Officer in August, bringing extensive international and operational experience. Most recently, he spent five years with Lineage, the world’s largest cold-storage logistics provider, where as part of the Asia-Pacific leadership team he helped double the size of the business. As the Australian leader, he was accountable for 1,800 team members across 21 warehouses nationwide.

Morris’ broader career spans senior operational roles with Skilled Group, Inghams, and 15 years with Shell Retail across Australia, Asia, the Pacific Islands, and London. This depth of experience across complex, performance-driven environments positions him strongly to lead TVH through its next phase of national growth.

He was drawn to TVH by its strong customer relationships, capable people, and genuine can-do culture. As CEO, Morris is focused on preserving the close customer partnerships established by the founders while continuing to expand and strengthen our service offering across the country.

Under his leadership, our strengthened executive structure is aligned around operational excellence, disciplined growth, and delivering consistently for customers at scale.

Customer experience is strongest when it is led by someone who understands the work from the ground up.

Joel Wells brings more than 22 years of industry experience, beginning his career as an air-conditioning and refrigeration technician before progressing through operational and leadership roles of increasing complexity. This breadth of experience gives him a unique perspective across both the technician and customer journey.

Over time, Joel has combined practical expertise with strong team leadership and a detailed understanding of client requirements to drive performance at scale. Following three and a half years as NSW State Manager, he has recently transitioned into the role of Chief Customer Officer.

In this national capacity, Joel leads our National Accounts, Data, and National Operations teams - ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with both client expectations and TVH standards.

He plays a critical role in sustaining our 24/7 operational capability, coordinating responses during national disasters and major weather events, and driving service consistency across our 43 branches nationwide. His leadership ensures that operational resilience and customer commitment remain tightly aligned.

As part of our recently strengthened executive leadership structure, we are pleased to highlight the role Narelle Olsen plays as Chief People Officer.

The evolution of our leadership framework has been designed to provide deeper executive capability, clearer accountability, and stronger operational alignment across the business. A critical component of that structure is ensuring our people strategy is led at the highest level.

Narelle joined TVH from Civilmart IPA Group, part of global building solutions organisation CRH, where she served as Director of Human Resources leading the national HR function across 29 manufacturing facilities and more than 1,100 employees. Her experience spans food manufacturing (Murray Goulburn), global security (G4S), public and community health in Victoria, higher education (Regional TAFE), and large-scale water infrastructure projects with Transfield Services.

Within our new executive structure, Narelle is responsible for strengthening the full employee lifecycle - from hire to retire - ensuring our systems, technology, training, and development frameworks support both performance and engagement. Working alongside the leadership team, she is focused on building a culture that empowers our staff and enables outstanding delivery for our customers.

Her leadership is a key pillar of our evolved structure, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term organisational capability.
