Meet our Development Manager, David!

With over 20 years of experience in architectural design, project delivery, and onsite construction, David began his career specialising in front-end design, focusing on concept development and feasibility studies.

As Development Manager of Orosi, David integrates innovation with practicality and ensures seamless ex*****on from design to construction.

When he's not working, David is always outside being active and spending time with his family!

Meet Bel!

With a Master’s degree in Architecture and a postgraduate qualification in BIM, Bel supports the design process from early concept through to detailed refinement.

She works closely with senior designers to develop drawings, models and clear proposals that balance beauty with functionality, helping to elevate luxury living in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

We’re grateful to have Bel on our team as we work together to create a world beyond compare.

Say hi to our in-house interior designer, Elena!

Originally from Italy, Elena has a versatile profile spanning design, relationship management, and luxury brand integration.‍

Her experience in branded property development, being part of the Corporate Brand Maison team and working on worldwide projects under the Elie Saab name, has shaped her expertise and deep understanding of craftsmanship, luxury and the importance of brand alignment.‍

Today, as part of the Orosi team, she is contributing to the vision of wellness real estate and the role of healthy living in longevity, a philosophy that is reflected in the development of high-end multi-residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.‍

Elena believes that travel greatly expands your horizons and is always planning her next trip!

Meet our project manager, Nick!

Nick brings more than five years of on-site experience with a practical, buildability-focused perspective to every Orosi project. His career has spanned complex commercial and high-end residential builds. Nick combines commercial acumen with a strong grasp of constructability, working closely with all project stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently from early design through to delivery. Grounded with his onsite practical experience, Nick manages risk and balances cost, programme and quality at every stage.

When he's not working, you can catch Nick at the beach, surfing, spending time with friends and family, and renovating his apartment!

Meet Miri

With experience across residential, commercial and interior projects, Miri brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to design.

Her background in architecture, combined with strong Revit and BIM skills, allows her to move seamlessly from design development to detailed delivery.

She enjoys creating spaces that are functional, considered and responsive to the way people live.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her exercising, exploring Sydney’s beaches and outdoors, cooking, or planning her next trip!

At Orosi, our designs are formed and perfected around a table, not on a screen. Materials, colour palettes and combinations are laid out side by side, compared, criticised and compared again, until every last detail is exactly right.
