Relocating the kitchen meant the services had to run through the new lounge room.

Rather than leaving them exposed, we designed the joinery around them so everything stays concealed and the new layout still works cleanly.

Yes. We often work with Cade Turner Designs and can recommend them to clients who need help with the design and planning side of their project.

We’re also happy to work with your existing architect or building designer if you already have someone involved.

Having the builder and designer working together early can make the whole process easier and help make sure what’s being designed can actually be built the way you want it.

This existing laundry is being transformed into a dedicated home office, with the new room extending into part of the garage to create the extra space needed.

A renovation doesn’t have to work around the home’s existing layout. We can rework walls, change room sizes and adjust the floor plan to make better use of the space you already have.

This is a great example of taking an underused area of the home and turning it into a space that better suits how the owners live and work today.

Another new project underway in Collaroy Plateau.

We’re starting with the foundations for a new extension, which forms part of a major renovation of this home.

The last two photos show what we’re working with before the transformation begins. There’s plenty planned for this one, and we’re looking forward to showing you how much this home changes over the coming months.

A complete change from the original 70s interior.

Dark brick, timber ceilings and dark floors replaced with white finishes, light timber flooring and a modern coastal look.

Making the most of a small space is important, especially in a bathroom where you still need everything to fit comfortably.

For this bathroom, we used a wall-mounted basin and open shower to avoid closing in the room, while the large mirror and frosted window help bring more light through the space.

We restructured the layout to better accommodate our client’s working from home needs.

The existing laundry is being extended to create a larger, comfortable office, with the surrounding spaces renovated to make it all work with the existing floor plan.

We focus on designing around how the client uses their home and making changes that suit them long term.

We’re changing the existing floor plan to better suit the way the home is used today, with a more modern layout and a dedicated space for working from home.

A full internal refit that will make better use of the available space and give the home a completely new feel once finished.

From a dark, enclosed study to an inviting bedroom filled with natural light.

The original room was dominated by exposed brick, old finishes and very little natural light. As part of the renovation, the space was completely redesigned with lighter colours and modern finishes.

We’ve flipped this home upside down, bringing the kitchen and main living areas together as part of a major refresh to the home’s design.

By removing the wall and changing the kitchen entry, the space is no longer hidden away in the corner. It now opens into the rest of the level and feels part of the main living area.

Finished with clean joinery, stone benchtops, a tiled splashback and a warm, simple material palette.
