NATIONAL SAFE WORK MONTH 2026

October is Safe Work Australia National Safe Work Month and at Trinity Fitout and Construction we are focusing on the everyday actions that help keep our people and projects safe.

Throughout the month, our team will take part in two initiatives designed by our HSEQ Manager, -veleska-269540124, to encourage conversations around safety, share good practices across our sites and reinforce the importance of maintaining safe workplaces.

We are looking forward to seeing our teams get involved throughout October and continuing to strengthen our safety culture.

PRCOJECT COMPLETION | Sheehy Avenue Garden Crypts Stage 7

Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team is proud to have completed Stage 7 of the Sheehy Avenue Garden Crypts within Rookwood Catholic Cemetery.

The works involved the installation of 452 precast concrete burial crypts, continuing the development of this important space within one of Australia’s most significant cemetery precincts.

Working within an operational cemetery required a considered and respectful approach throughout delivery, with our team carefully managing construction activities to minimise disruption to visitors, families and ongoing cemetery operations.

It has been a pleasure working alongside Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria and Ignite to successfully deliver this stage of the project. Thank you to our project team, consultants, subcontractors and project partners for their contribution to a successful delivery.

SUPPORTING PIF | Tour de PIF 2026

$31,001 raised for the Property Industry Foundation!

It has been an incredible month of fundraising for the Property Industry Foundation’s Tour de PIF 2026.

With 25 members of the Trinity Fitout and Construction team participating, along with a number of our subbies getting behind this important cause, we have officially surpassed our fundraising goal raising $31,001 to support homeless youth.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, supported our team and helped make this possible and to PIF for putting on another fantastic event.

We are proud to be part of Tour de PIF and even prouder to contribute to such an important cause.

PROJECT AWARD | St Maroun’s College

Trinity Fitout and Construction has been awarded the St Maroun’s College – Hall, Carpark & OSD Project (Stages 1B & 2B) in Marrickville.

Delivered under a design and construct contract, the project involves the refurbishment and extension of the College’s existing hall into a new multi-purpose space, the construction of a new OSD tank system and alterations to the existing Wardell Road carpark.

Working within a live and operational school environment will be central to our delivery approach.

With extensive tree protection requirements and shared vehicle and delivery access through the adjacent site, detailed staging, communication and stakeholder coordination will be critical to delivering the works safely while minimising disruption.

We look forward to working with St Maroun’s College, Bellcorp Management, Leaf Architecture and the wider project team.

PROJECT PROGRESS | Penrith Group Homes

Our Trinity Fitout and Construction team is making great progress on the design and construct delivery of Penrith Group Homes, a purpose-built three-storey residential facility in Western Sydney.

Once complete, the development will provide 11 units supported by shared communal facilities, dedicated office spaces and basement-level on-site parking.

PROJECT PROGRESS | St Anthony of Padua Early Learning Centre, Austral

Another milestone reached at St Anthony of Padua Early Learning Centre, with the Trinity Fitout and Construction team completing the waffle slab concrete pour for Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd (SCECS) in Austral.

The project involves the demolition of an existing modular building and construction of a new single-level early learning centre, designed to accommodate up to 122 children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Once complete, the centre will feature dedicated learning rooms, support spaces and outdoor play areas, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for children, staff and families.

SUPPORTING PIF | Tour de PIF 2026

With just over two weeks to go, we’ve raised $22,323 for the Property Industry Foundation.

On Friday the 11th of September, 25 staff from the Trinity Fitout and Construction team will take part in Tour de PIF 2026, walking, running and cycling to raise funds for the Haven Project, which creates safe homes for young people experiencing homelessness.

We’ve set ourselves a fundraising goal of $30,000, having seen the life-changing impact the Property Industry Foundation has through providing safe and secure housing for young people who need it most.

LEA AWARD WIN | St John XXIII Catholic College, Stanhope Gardens

Fantastic news to see the recent project works at St John XXIII Catholic College recognised at the 2026 LEA(D) Awards by the Association for Learning Environments Australasia, winning the Category 7 Award.

The Biomechanics & Gym Hub formed one component of a larger design and construct project delivered by Trinity Fitout and Construction for the Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese. The award-winning space brings together movement, wellbeing and learning within a compact, highly functional environment that supports both physical education and student engagement.
