My first order from Let Love Grow surely won’t be my last. The prices are great when you catch the 35-40% discounts, plants are large and healthy. Got a free gift and a $20discount off my next order.

Well packed. Though the paper rolls wrapping the plants felt moist to the touch so if there were postage delays etc, I could imagine rot issues.

Potted them all last night. Favourite is the hearts succulent - conophytum bilobum. Sometimes it’s not about the price you paid or the popular or rare ones. It’s about the plant that brings a smile to your face!

I’m gonna need some nice plant toppers so the lithops aren’t lost in the soil after repotting.
Never really came across lithops, so I have been craving a living stones collection .. when I happened to catch my local nursery on delivery day~ I had to take the whole tray! Ha!

My most recent plant haul. Starting to collect less common and desirable plants. Which also means you start to pay more for them… but each one is absolutely gorgeous !

Whilst I have always had a herb & vegi garden - its often a battle with overgrown weeds and downing in garden maintenance esp when you have to balance it with work ..

Now succulents are just different. The colors, the flowering, the different textures in leaves. Very little As someone that just started collecting in Jan 2022, I regret not doing this earlier!

After receiving my first pack from Dayo, I decided to grab another one from him. After all he did say large size plants.. I was just taken aback how large the size of the plants were (I believe I was an extra gift). Most sellers will sell the large plants included in this pack individually, so I’m very pleased to see he included it. If you have seen images of his garden, I often wonder if his plants are on steroids .. they are huge! 👍👍

For $100 including postage… he is definitely a pack seller worth buying from!

He also ran a lucky draw giveaway for his customers, and with 2 entries from two purchases, I managed to get 4th place… so as a result I’ve asked him nicely to customise another pack for me, with what he has, less repeats of what he as already included in the previous two packs. Looking forward see what he comes up with, as well as reviving my 4th place prize. Whoopee!

Only hope he would have identified his plants, for newbies. Even providing a list so newcomers could try to work out what is included .. all part of the fun.

Note to self, never buy from vendors who don’t label their $5-$10 plants individually! Remember that day Sydney was rained in and I went trigger happy on eBay? Well I finally received the package after long delays….

The plants were so-so… for the price I far more enjoyed the experience of unboxing the plants I got from Susan’s Succulents and Dayo (which I will share shortly- plants were gorgeous)

Back to eBay… I bought plants individually and though I combined postage, I didn’t expect that the plants would just be put in two boxes with cotton and no way of identifying them. Disappointing.

Though I have a list of what I bought, it’s not easy to tell one plant from another as some are not mature etc

It’s unlikely I’ll buy from them again, and from now on would negotiate to have plants individually identified

So what happened yesterday was.. I bought some cacti right … so I needed to go to Bunnings for some more pots.
Which means I have to walk past the plants section… and … they decided to jump in!

Somehow I think I’m binge buying now~ These are just common house plants, but we all have to start somewhere.
