About to finish our airtight membrane install at our passive house project. Over 700sqm of internal membrane installed and taped in 5 days. A big thank you to the BauCore team who made this possible.

Airtight membrane help to control humidity inside the building and reduces the risk of condensation. It further prevents hot/ cold air leaking into the building and creates a pleasant indoor environment.

An airtight membrane in combination with sealed double/triple glazed windows are highly energy efficient.

Front door has been installed after waiting over 3 months for the shipment from Germany. Very high quality with u-value of 0.67 W/m2K. It is a carbon reinforced door with schüco frames. Can’t wait to see this one finished.

Roof framing is complete on our passive house, we have installed the mento plus membrane with a double batten system. This allows any condensation to drain freely without being obstructed by battens.
