We offer loyalty discounts such as 10% off every third booking and a 30% discount reward when you refer a friend, family member or neighbour! Q. Do I need to be home during the booking? Services can be completed without you being home as long as we can access all areas required. We require you to be home for the first booking so we can meet you and discuss your needs.
Q. We accept cash, bank transfer or PayID at the completion of the service. If you are not home during the booking we will text or email you an invoice for the agreed upon price. There is no hidden costs or additional fees! Q. Do you charge an hourly rate? We believe that you should only be charged the agreed upon price for the job you require. We will complete the task at the agreed price no matter how long it takes. My lawn is very overgrown. We understand that not everyone has time to maintain their lawn. No matter how bad you think your lawn is, we can make it look amazing. I only have a very small patch of lawn. Can I still make a booking? Absolutely! We charge very low rates, especially for smaller lawns and backyards. There is no job too big or too small.
Q. Do you use my bin or can you remove grass clippings? We can use your green bin or remove the grass clippings for you at an extra cost. The clippings will be disposed at our local garden waste recycling facility. Are you insured? Yes. We have full Public Liability Cover although we have never had to make a claim!
