Photo dump Pt. 1 of our latest renovation project under Elita Projects we finished a couple weeks ago. It’s an aged care in Newcastle for Hammond Care we worked on for three (separate) weeks. The skeleton had severe termite damage which made it very time consuming ripping up old flooring, pulling apart walls and strengthening its structure. It was good to get it completed and was fun living with the lads in a bnb for a couple weeks.

Here’s one of our most recent projects we started late last year. Renovating this old duplex in Bronte, under a contract with both owners. The residency is 100 years old built on sandstone foundations. The incredible property slopes down which gives it the effect of a 3 storey dwelling. Already wrapped up one side.. now onto the next 🔥

Here’s an album showing the detail of our Rozelle duplex which is very near to completion. Hebel paneling on the downstairs external walls with capping on top installed by then James Hardie linear cladding for the second storey. The downstairs floors have 25mm thick plywood ready for herringbone flooring to go in.

Completed our Northmead project last week and the results came out great. Removal of the old cladding and replaced with the new stuff while replicating the old profile. Big thanks to Mitre 10 for supplying us with the joiners and to Michelle for personally delivering them, which were difficult to come by.

Chamfer cladding profile with snap on corners for our low pitched granny flat in Kings Langley. Very spacious design with a large patio. Been a while since we’ve used this specific profile so it was enjoyable to do.

Progress shots of the Richmond granny flat we finished cladding today. Being near an area with frequent air traffic and noise from the nearby railway, we needed to sound proof the building with villaboard first then clad on top. The 45mm thick architraves worked great with the windows - which were also soundproof.
