Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection Report Writing: Prepare detailed and accurate building inspection reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and client records.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with current and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Organize Property Inspections: Coordinate and schedule property inspections with clients and field teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related fields) or currently enrolled as a senior engineering student.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Interest in building inspections, property, and construction industries.
