Scope of works included the following:

✅ Excavation and removal of all spoil in preparation for new turf.
✅ Supply and install concrete slab for bench seating area. Includes removal of damaged concrete footpath and re-instatement with new concrete.
✅ Supply and install of perimetre Buxus hedging around bench seating area. Includes installation of treated pine timber edging to retain garden area.
✅ Supply and lay DNA certified Sir Walter Buffalo turf in front yard area.
✅ Supply and lay A grade sandstone blocks to act as a barricade against cars parking on newly turfed area.

Check out this amazing backyard transformation with our before and afters of our Cambridge Park excavation, levelling and paving project.

Scope of works included the following:
✅ Remove exisiting gravel in backyard.
✅ Remove overgrown vegetation.
✅ Install treated pine sleeper garden edge with posts concreted at 1.2m centres.
✅ Supply, level and compact DGB20 (roadbase) in preparation for new pavers.
✅ Supply and install channel grate to facilitate stormwater run-off.
✅ Supply and lay sandstone coloured pavers.
✅ Leave site clean and tidy.

✅ Removal of old turf and excess soil.
✅ Install dry-stack block retaining wall on a mortar bedding and roadbase footing using clients existing blocks.
✅ Installation of 3 stormwater pits including aggline behind block wall to help facilitate stormwater run-off.
✅ Level and compact front and backyard in preparation for new turf.
✅ Supply and lay DNA certified Sir Walter Buffalo turf.

Luddenham Shops project - approached by the owner of Luddenham shops to revamp the old and tired area. We excavated and removed the existing turf in the front of the property and installed the following:

- Timber garden edging with buxus hedge plants.
- concrete slab for bench area. Included removing cracked footpaths and reinstating with new paths.
- sandstone logs around front perimeter to deter cars parking on the grass.
- supply and install DNA certified Sir Walter Buffalo turf.

Front yard cut and retaining wall prep. Client planned on building a Gabion retaining in his front yard to maximise space. We removed 12t of base and also helped the client prepare the footing but levelling and compacting a 150mm cement stabilised roadbase footing. Another happy customer.
