A compact footprint, reimagined as a calm and highly resolved living environment.
This project centred on clarity - stripping back the plan to create a sequence of spaces that feel generous, connected, and intentional. Arched openings are used to frame movement and soften transitions, while a restrained material palette allows light, proportion and detail to take focus.
Darker joinery anchors the interior, contrasting with softer, light-filled living spaces to create a sense of balance throughout. Every element was considered to maximise functionality without compromising on atmosphere.
The result is a home that feels both composed and effortless - where spatial efficiency and quiet luxury sit side by side.
