IHL Group’s New 41,500sqm Cutting-Edge Facility in Eastern Creek, Sydney.
New SSI SCHAEFER Selective Pallet Racking. 25,000 pallets mobilised immediately from our Ingleburn inventory, with the balance supplied direct from SSI SCAHEFER’s Malaysian Factory.

Our project and installation teams tailored the installation program around IHL Group’s active operational areas to minimise disruption to their business. Due to the size of the facility, incoming containers also needed to be delivered to the correct ends of the warehouse to align with each installation stage- reducing unnecessary material movement and improving onsite efficiency.
The final layout was designed to accommodate pallet weights of up to 1,200kg. The design considered product velocity- including ABC and FSN analysis, as well as staging areas, block stacking requirements and a designated Dangerous Goods Storage cage.
