Electrical works completed at one of Willoughby Road's newest restaurants. The warm timber interior called for clean, simple lighting, so recessed downlights sit within the coffered ceiling and wall-mounted lights add soft accents. In the kitchen, we kept things practical with bright, durable lighting and reliable power for the commercial equipment.

Installation of New Main switchboard, consumer mains and distribution board formed the basis of our new infrastructure.

It's been a big few weeks on this warehouse project, and we're now in the final stretch. Here's what's been ticking along:

🏗️ PROJECT COMPLETION | PODIUM – 36 TURNER ROAD, SMEATON GRANGE

Ausspec Electrical Group is proud to announce the
successful completion of Podium, a landmark 24,000m² industrial development at 36 Turner Road, Smeaton Grange.

Delivered over a two-year period, this large-scale development comprised:
🔹 1 Childcare Centre
🔹 1 Café
🔹 63 Warehouses
🔹 159 Storage Units
🔹 4 Podiums
🔹 Basement level incorporating 64 storage units
🔹 Podiums 2, 3 & 4 featuring warehouses across two levels

Ausspec Electrical Group was responsible for delivering the complete electrical installation across the development, including:
⚡ Deck works
⚡ Ground works
⚡ Cable tray and electrical reticulation
⚡ Consumers mains
⚡ Submains and metering distribution boards
⚡ Rough-in and fit-off
⚡ Testing and commissioning
⚡ CCTV systems
⚡ Access control
⚡ WAP system installation

With the scale and complexity of a development of this size, effective communication, planning and teamwork were critical to achieving a successful outcome.

Our Ausspec Electrical Group management and site
teams worked closely and in unison with our builder, Donrose Building Pty Ltd , tackling challenges head-on, coordinating trades and maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and program throughout the project.

Ausspec Electrical Group is proud to be delivering the electrical works for Silverwater Connect at 2 Shaft Street, Silverwater — an impressive 81-warehouse, three-level industrial development.

With the project now 75% complete, our team has delivered significant works across:

⚡ Electrical Infrastructure & Distribution — Ground and deck works, consumer mains, submains, cable tray reticulation, main switchboard, distribution boards and metering panels.

⚡ Warehouse & Building Services — Rough-in and fit-off across Levels 1 & 2, common areas, driveways, basement pump room and Dry Fire services.

⚡ Communications & Security — NBN reticulation, CCTV and access control systems.

Our Ausspec management and site teams are working closely with Haralambis Property, tackling challenges head-on and keeping the project moving forward.

GALUWA DINING ⚡️

We’re in the final stages of our electrical works at Galuwa Dining, a new bistro located at Lane Cove Golf Course.

Our team has been working throughout the venue, completing a range of electrical works including feature lighting, concealed LED strip lighting and the finer details that help bring the space together.

It’s been great to watch this project progress from the early stages through to the final completion, with the electrical works now nearing completion and the space really starting to come to life.

A big thank you to the boys at Ausspec for their hard work, attention to detail and dedication throughout the project. Their efforts have helped bring the vision for Galuwa Dining together and we’re proud of the work they’ve put in.
