Expression of Interest – Covert Loss Prevention Officer
OSM Management is a security company engaging guards and servicing clients throughout Sydney. We are looking for professional, Covert Loss Prevention Officers that have an eye for detail to join our team. The desired applicant will be highly motivated and have minimum 1 year experience in covert loss prevention.
The role:
We require flexible staff who can work as Covert Loss Prevention Officers within major retail stores. Your role will include:
• Conduct undercover surveillance to detect and apprehend
shoplifters
• Recover assets and/or make accurate apprehensions
• Must have knowledge of the LEPRA Act 2002
• Using surveillance skills to monitor any adverse customer
activity
• Observe all personnel in and around premises and take
appropriate action to protect client’s assets
• Provide accurate and detailed incident reports regarding in
store incidents
• The officer must coordinate with the client and undertake
other duties as requested
• Be able to maintain a professional attitude
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Hold a valid NSW Security Licence, minimum 1AC
• Hold a valid First Aid Certificate
• Be capable of working in a team and alone
• Be able to work retail hours (including some weekends & Public Holidays);
• Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Be punctual
• 1 year minimum experience
