A thoughtfully composed residential development in the Showground area, featuring over 350+ apartments, organized through a clear architectural rhythm of massing, voids, and layered spatial transitions.
The design focuses on a balanced interplay of built volumes and landscaped terraces, creating depth, light, and openness across the entire composition. The arrangement of blocks and setbacks shapes a dynamic skyline while enhancing privacy and openness within the development.
A study in form and spatial sequencing, where architecture is driven by proportion, continuity, and a cohesive visual language.
