As our Wollstonecraft project nears completion, it highlights one of the key strengths of a design and construct approach: collaboration from the outset.

Our Wollstonecraft project with Castlespeake Architects is a great example of this in action.

This heritage home has been carefully transformed through a considered renovation and contemporary addition, balancing old and new while respecting the home's original character.

Regular communication has been central throughout, with fortnightly site meetings bringing the client, architect and construction team together to review progress, resolve details and stay aligned as the project nears completion.

It’s been great to see the vision take shape, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished result soon.
