Commercial Roof Leak, Seven Hills Sydney📍

The existing ventilation systems on this commercial roof were leaking💧, causing rusted roof sheets and water getting into places it isn't supposed to go 👀

We removed the vents, replaced the rusted sheets and created a water-tight finish protecting this property⚒️

Another leak💧that wasn't caused by a faulty roof, it was caused by the wrong roof profile😱

This corrugated roof was installed on a pitch below the manufacturer's recommended minimum 5° fall, allowing wind-driven rain to track back under the ridge capping and into the home causing ongoing leaks😩

Our solution? Replace the area with a Trimdek profile, which is designed for lower roof pitches👏

The right solution shouldn't be another patch-up, it should be using the right materials for your roof🏠🔨

Buying a house? It's important to do your pre purchase inspections. Unfortunately this poor customer thought his inspector thoroughly went over the roof.😲

He was quite shocked when we showed him what his roof looked like.
