Another project successfully completed by the Magnaseal team!

For this recent project, we supplied and installed the Ardex Root Repel Membrane system across over 400m² and 16 separate planter box areas.

Planter boxes require precision waterproofing and meticulous attention to detail to help protect against root pe*******on and ensure long-term performance.

Our team delivered exceptional workmanship throughout the project, ensuring every detail was completed to the highest standard.

Another quality installation completed by the Magnaseal Waterproofing team.

Our team has completed the installation of the ARDEX Australia WPM 1000 waterproofing system to a large terrace, including detailed works around the cavity membrane and door thresholds.

With large terraces, the success of a waterproofing system comes down to preparation, detailing and attention to every critical junction.

From the main terrace area through to thresholds and junctions, every detail has been carefully waterproofed to deliver a durable and reliable system.

Stage One completed at The Marion

Our team has successfully completed the remedial waterproofing works to the first building, with four more buildings to follow as part of the ongoing project.

The works included the installation of a 1.5mm Fatra fully bonded membrane system, together with a specially detailed isolated slab system in accordance with the engineer’s requirements.

Another stage completed to a high standard, with the next buildings already underway.

Another quality project delivered in Vaucluse.

For this roof upgrade, we installed a Fatra PVC membrane system directly over the existing bitumen membrane, providing a durable and lightweight waterproofing solution. Given the lightweight substrate, it was important to ensure the roof remains electronically testable in the future, so an ILD Vector Mapping Mesh was incorporated beneath the membrane system.

The result is a clean, high-quality finish that not only performs but looks the part as well.
