30mm out of level? No problem. 📐🛠️
When the original concrete slab is 30mm out, proper prep is everything—especially when you’re laying a premium timber floor over top! A timber floor is only as good as the subfloor underneath it, so we brought in full pallets of commercial-grade self-leveling compound to make this slab dead flat.
The Process:
1️⃣ Thorough vacuuming & surface preparation
2️⃣ Setting level pegs to hit exact heights
3️⃣ Continuous mixing with high-volume mixing stations
4️⃣ Precision pouring for a glass-smooth finish
A perfect timber floor starts with the right foundation. Ready for the timber installation next!
