Things are really starting to come together! 👏

Tiling is underway in the upstairs bathroom and ensuite, stormwater is nearly complete, deck footings are in, and the boys are sanding back the Gyprock ready for a Level 5 ceiling finish.

And that finished skylight? Looking incredible. ☀️

Next up: floor levelling and tiling to the ground floor.

With the scaffolding officially down, we can finally see the transformation taking shape. 🙌

Rendering has started on the lower levels, the lower roof is complete, waterproofing is underway, and we’ve begun grading the backyard ready for the new deck.

Another big step forward for this renovation and we’re excited for what’s coming next!

Stay tuned for the next Maroubra update.
