Meet Brendan!

Site Supervisor, problem solver, and the man responsible for keeping Ethan and Cam in line... which is basically a full-time job on its own. 😆

Brendan's been with Prescom for 2.5 years and loves the freedom, responsibility, and seeing projects come together from start to finish.

His favourite part? Seeing clients walk onto site and go, "Wow." 🤩

Our incredible team members from the Philippines got the opportunity to visit Australia and experience firsthand what happens on our construction sites. These past two years, they've been supporting projects remotely through marketing, administration, social media, and executive support now they're seeing the work they've helped bring to life.

Seeing the rebuild specifically at our Maroubra project in person, meeting the crew for the first time, and understanding the day-to-day operations on site has given them an even deeper connection to the work we do and the people we serve.

Because great projects aren't built by one team in one location, they're built by people working together across borders, united by the same vision.

Ethan's always known carpentry was the path for him, and after 16 months with Prescom, he's become a huge part of the team.

His favourite thing about working here?
