At Arrivain we take care of all aspects of building, renovating and carpentry, and this includes your outdoor space.

Our team has years of experience working in outdoor spaces, from decking and pergolas to full landscaping.
We combine this with our high standard of craftsmanship and carpentry skills to deliver projects that are worth inviting guests round for.


This project in Mosman was a complete transformation of the garden and pool, redesigning the area for increased functionality and a more modern aesthetic. We also extended the decking, adding an outdoor kitchen and a pergola with built in fans and heaters so they could enjoy this space all year round.

Great to see our Kirribilli townhouse build wrapped up, and what a result.

Not without its challenges, this project involved navigating two heritage buildings and digging down for the creation of 4 levels, all within a tight space.
Despite these challenges, we successfully delivered a high end finish using an array of different textures and materials. The stand outs being the custom concrete island bench and a tailor made floating timber staircase across 4 levels.

A recently completed renovation on this stunning CBD apartment in the heart of Sydney.

A complete strip back of the original apartment and adjustments to the layout has resulted in a beautiful open plan setting for the clients to take in their views of Sydney Harbour.

High end apartment renovations have been in high demand for us over the last few years, collaborating with a full team of designers, architects and engineers to bring the clients’ vision to life.

This client was looking to maximise on their roof space with a new living area, but design of their trussed roof meant that there was very limited space in their existing attic.

With some clever structural work, installing beams and supports we transformed this roof to a conventional style, removing the trusses and opening up the roof space to create a completely new room.

Now for the painting and new floors, and the living space will be ready to be enjoyed.

Behind every completed job is a huge amount of unseen work: multiple meetings, decisions and measurements tradesmen and suppliers, working in unison.
It’s not always picture perfect, but it’s the important work that goes in at the beginning that ensures we deliver the desired end product for the client.

For this Double Bay renovation, the client wanted to open the space up to make the most of the natural light and stunning view. However this required substantial structural steel works, on a site with poor access to ensure the safety of not only her property but the neighbours above and below.

The exterior of our Petersham extension project from this year, from start to finish.

This project was taken over from a previous contractor with a number of major issues to resolve. We were able to assist within a short timeframe to get this family the extra space they were looking for.

Now time to rip up the concrete and install some decking to complete the project.
