Two days. One venue. Two completely different experiences.

L&T Events was proud to deliver the 2026 TMA Australia Annual Conference & Gala Dinner at ILUMINA in Sydney.

Across the conference, foyer, networking spaces and Gala Dinner, our focus was creating a cohesive brand experience that worked with ILUMINA’s architectural and technology-led environment. Considered styling, signage, furniture and florals helped transform the space throughout the two day event.

The biggest transformation came on the final night, when the conference setting shifted into the Gala Dinner and Awards for over 500 guests, giving the same space an entirely different energy.

From concept and creative direction through to design, production, bump-in and onsite delivery, our team managed the experience end-to-end.

Last week the team helped curate the Airwallex lunch experience at Canvas at the Museum of Contemporary Art during Australian Fashion Week.

Set against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour, the lunch brought together creative leaders and founders from across the fashion industry for a conversation around global growth and building borderless brands.

From florals and styling through to the branded environment, the focus was creating something that felt elevated, relaxed and naturally connected to the space.

From concept to ex*****on, we were proud to deliver PDSYD 2026 for Partnerize at the incredible Australian Chamber Orchestra On The Pier.

An event exploring the “Zero-Click Era,” AI-driven discovery and how brands can win in the evolving partnership landscape — bringing together industry leaders, brands, publishers and innovators for a day of insight and connection.

From creative direction and event strategy through to production, sponsor activations and onsite delivery, our team managed the experience end-to-end.

What a ride F1 Melbourne was for L&T Events!

12 events delivered in one of the busiest, most high-pressure weeks on the calendar, spanning VIP engagements, corporate suites, on-track hospitality, the MCG, and everything in between.

The energy across the week was next level, amplified by appearances from Lando Norris, Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson.

But the real headline? Our team.

Long days. Tight turnarounds. Constant moving parts, and they delivered every single time.

Couldn’t be prouder of our team and incredibly grateful to have partnered with our clients at Airwallex, Oracle and Confluent to bring these experiences to life.

L&T Events was proud to bring Airwallex Garage to life in partnership with Airwallex and McLaren Racing during the Australian Grand Prix.

Designed as a garage engineered for performance, the space was built on precision, with structured panels, track markings and directional lighting guiding guests through a layered journey.

A custom-built VR pit stop challenge and AI-powered photobooth brought high-energy, interactive elements into the experience, keeping guests engaged throughout the night.

The event featured a special appearance from McLaren Racing driver Lando Norris, alongside a packed room of clients, partners and guests.

Every detail was considered, from arrival through to the final moments, creating an experience that blurred the line between brand, environment and storytelling.

From cocktails and entertainment on the terrace, to a surprise arcade room with our personal favourite; a retro TV media wall featuring a nostalgic homage to a decade of iconic Stan content, then finally ending with an epic live band on stage — every element was crafted to reflect Stan’s bold identity and culture.

Kicking off the Shifted Perspectives campaign with high energy, we transformed Canvas House into an immersive brand experience for Airwallex and McLaren — And setting the tone for the big race week with a show-stopping arrival from Oscar Piastri and Reko Rennie, driving in together in a custom McLaren Artura wrapped in Reko’s iconic artwork.

Big ideas, high speed. 🏎️🏁

L&T Events were thrilled to be back at the Melbourne Grand Prix last month; this time, across three locations as we partnered with Airwallex to bring their bold new campaign to life.

Airwallex in collaboration with McLaren took over Melbourne with high-octane style - and we were there for every moment, featuring Oscar Piastri and renowned Indigenous artist Reko Rennie.

From design to ex*****on, we delivered an immersive public activation at Queensbridge Square, a media launch event at Canvas House and a premium brand experience trackside. Take a look at how it went down.
