Two familiar faces you’ll find out on site.

As third generation to the Costa name, Carter is continuing the family tradition, learning the craft and bringing the same pride in workmanship that Costa Homes has been built on.

Nathan comes to us with years of construction experience, a can-do attitude and is always ready to jump in and find a solution.

A great pair to have on site and an important part of the Costa Homes team.

Apparently Walkthrough Wednesday is happening on a Thursday this week.

But we couldn’t skip this one, because it’s all about the details.

Our display home is a perfect example of how thoughtful design choices come together from the mix of exterior materials, to skylights bringing natural light into the bathrooms, integrated LED lighting, custom joinery and those smaller details you might not notice at first glance.

If you’ve visited one of our sites, chances are you’ve met Hunter.

With more than two decades of site supervision experience and a career that’s taken him from the Sunshine Coast to the UK and back again, there’s not much he hasn’t seen in the building industry. From steep-slope homes to schools, hospitals and commercial projects, his experience is as diverse as it is valuable.

Hunter is one of the people keeping our sites running smoothly, our quality on point and our trades working together. His practical knowledge, calm nature and commitment to getting the details right make him an invaluable part of the Costa Homes family.
