Two homes, one central waterfront location!

Things are taking shape at Sunshine Cove with two Costa Homes builds progressing side by side. One is up to frame stage, while the other has just had its slab poured.

Both designed to embrace the waterway views, yet each with its own distinct style and character.

Two very different homes, and we can’t wait to show you what’s to come!

A little more of our completed Lookout 07 Charity Home!

Clean architectural lines, contrasting textures and a striking monochromatic palette create a contemporary coastal home, complemented by feature screening, tropical landscaping and an inviting pool area.

What makes it even more special is the incredible generosity of the local trades and suppliers who helped bring this project to life.

A huge thank you to our exterior suppliers and trade partners for contributing their materials, time and expertise towards a home built for a greater purpose. 🤍 Lookout 07

Meet the Team ~ Ian & Jimmy

Ian is one of our Site Supervisors, originally from the UK he brings over 26 years of carpentry experience and 10 years in project management in Darwin. With a wealth of knowledge, a practical approach and always happy to lend a hand, Ian is a friendly face across our builds and someone we’re very lucky to have keeping things moving smoothly on site.

Jimmy joined Costa Homes in 2021 as a qualified carpenter, after completing his apprenticeship in Victoria and taking his skills overseas to Canada. With plenty of experience behind him, a can-do attitude and great energy, Jimmy has become a valued part of our team.

Two great guys, plenty of experience and a big part of what happens behind the scenes to bring every Costa Home together.

Recently completed ~

A little Mediterranean influence, a contemporary edge and plenty of beautiful details.

Soft curves, natural stone, warm timber and a beautifully understated palette give this home its own distinctive character.

From the curved entry to the layered textures across the façade, there’s plenty to take in without any one element doing all the talking.

We love seeing our clients’ individual style come through in the homes we create and this one is a beauty.

Flatlay Friday ~

This week’s flatlay is all about the new Laminex colour range, and we’re loving the inspiration drawn from the Australian landscape from soft, earthy tones to the natural character of native timber grains.

We’ve put together a few palettes of our own, featuring Nullarbor Drift, High Country and Raw Blue Gum, paired with beautiful finishes including Jericho and Danish Walnut.

Warm, grounded and distinctly Australian, there’s plenty of inspiration here for our upcoming selections.

Which palette is your pick?

Walkthrough Wednesday ~ Noosa Heads

From knock-down to rebuild, this Noosa project is really starting to take shape.

Designed with relaxed coastal living in mind, the home leans into beautiful open spaces, plenty of natural light and an easy connection between indoors and out.

A knock-down rebuild gives you the opportunity to rethink what’s possible on a site and to create a home designed around the way you live, while making the most of a location you already love.

We’ve been part of this one from the early design conversations through to construction, and it’s exciting to see the vision coming together.

We first shared this Eumundi home while it was still taking shape, and now we get to show you some of its features now that it’s complete.

Bold dark features, generous open spaces and a seamless connection to the outdoors create a home made for long afternoons by the pool and easy entertaining.

From those early walkthroughs to the finished home we’ve loved watching this one come together.
