Designs for a luxury duplex development are underway. This building has to maintain a ‘low profile’ so to speak with a height capped at around 5m above the existing building pad level.. so we have dug into the site and utilising suspended concrete to achieve a partially buried horizontal design response.
Stay tuned as we progress and refine this unique outcome.

‘Civic Square’ facade detail of apartment levels 2 through 5. All 4 sides of the apartment floors are framed by a nearly square grid like exoskeleton, giving the building a simple yet distinctive expression.

‘Kulala Lodge’ is a secluded property in the Noosa hinterland where we have reimagined the existing project home with a master bedroom and art studio wing plus a completely new look and feel.. bringing the warmth of stone and wood together with richer exterior colours and roofing. ‘Civic Square’ is a little power pack containing 15 x 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom residential apartments rising 5 stories on a 769msq site in central Caloundra.
Now on its way to a decision notice from the Sunshine Coast Council after robust negotiations in the assessment period saw the developer contribute a whole apartment as communal space.
