Landsborough Renovation coming along now

25/09/2026

Well… today’s the day we finally let Sam escape! 😂🍻

After 4 years as our lead carpenter, Sam is hanging up the Taranto Builders shirt and teaming up with his wife Amy to start their own building company in the Gympie region — Hafod Building Co. 🛠️🏠

Sam has been a massive part of Taranto Builders over the last 4 years. He’s been our lead carpenter, problem solver, sh*t-shooter… and most importantly, Robbie’s sounding board for pretty much everything! 😂

There’s been plenty of laughs, plenty of hard work, a few headaches and probably a few conversations that should never make it onto Instagram!

We’re definitely going to miss having Sam around every day, but luckily he’s not completely getting rid of us. He’ll still be helping out Taranto Builders when he can, so we’re sure we’ll still see plenty of him.

A massive thank you to Sam, Amy and their family for everything they’ve put into Taranto Builders over the years. We genuinely appreciate the effort, loyalty and friendship you’ve both shown us.

We’re stoked to see you guys take the next step and start your own business.

Good luck with Hafod Building Co. — we know you’ll smash it! 💪

And Sam… don’t forget where you came from! 😂🍻

From all of us at Taranto Builders — thanks mate, and all the best! 🤝🏠

Every project ends with a thank you.
We love gifting our clients a little something to celebrate the handover of their new space.

Strong foundations today mean lasting results tomorrow.

Can’t complain about the outlook on this project!

The best seat in the house.
Outdoor spaces like this are made for slow mornings and long afternoons.

Some more snap shots from our recent project in Currimundi.

From a new granny flat, pool, spa and luxury bathroom to the renovation of a second dwelling, this project was all about creating a beautiful coastal lifestyle.
