Outdoor living from our recently completed knock-down rebuild in Peregian Beach.

The rear of the home connects the internal living spaces with the alfresco, backyard and pool area, creating a relaxed coastal feel suited to family living and entertaining.

This project was delivered through a QFC-led design and build process, with the home designed around lifestyle, natural light, buildability and budget from the early stages.

Bathroom details from our recently completed knock-down rebuild in Peregian Beach.

The bathrooms continue the warm coastal palette used throughout the home, with timber vanities, large-format neutral tiles, curved mirrors, wall-mounted tapware and brushed metal fittings.

The result is clean and understated, with natural light helping create a calm and private feel.

Just Completed | Peregian Beach

There's something special about seeing the finished result after months of planning, demolition, design and construction.

This striking façade is the first glimpse of a custom home we've recently completed in Peregian Beach. What began with the demolition of the original home has been transformed into a modern, two-storey residence designed specifically for our clients and their lifestyle.

From the street, the clean architectural lines and timeless material palette make a strong first impression—but there's plenty more to come. Over the coming weeks we'll be sharing more photos of the interior and some of our favourite features from this project.

A huge thank you to our clients for trusting our team from concept through to completion, and to all of the trades and suppliers who helped bring this home to life.
